That does sound pretty good.
...is there any more information under 'Cancellation & Curtailment £3,000'
Such as failing exams and having to do resits?
Either way I reckon its worth a go.
Has anyone got any objections or can we get this booked before Friday?

(Just semi out of interest, how much is your annual insurance?)

Single trip policy for HBIS seems to be the same price as annual insurance.
Makes sense to go for the annual insurance?!

looked up insure and go and they do say they cover kayaking but:
InsureandGo cover white or black water rafting (grades 1 to 4) free on all our travel insurance policies. If you will be taking part in white or black water rafting (grades 5 to 6), you will need to pay an additional premium. Please call our Customer Services Department on 0844 888 2787 to add this cover on to your policy
which makes me less happy about them but after "tailoring your insurance to you" they are ~£56 for annual insurance.
What do people think?

Adrenaline (now called Perkins and Slade) (or something), are very good at paying up.
For a single trip the price is £64, for annual...I didn't get that far.
Is that Annual £56 after you have called them to add super gnarly rafting Will? (also, if you do call them you know about 0800 buster and 'Saynoto0870' right? If not, google).
EDIT: Annual is £124
Just tried again with Perkins Slade and it's Single Trip £76 specifically for sports with Kayaking up to all grades. 0845 260 1574
Looks like Insure and Go is worth persuing by phone to make sure they do include the higher grade rafting.

ok just rang insure and go and it costs £5 a day for grade 5 which rules them out
at the moment it's looking like £91 for annual insurance or £64 for a single trip.
Which do people want?

I booked mine last week because I was shitting myself about exams and took the unlikely gamble of taking out insurance if I failed.
I went for the year long HBIS one. £91
