Re: Meeting up - Sunday 10th April
Everyone should've been told but just in case, the plan is to now meet at 10ish next Sunday(10th) at my house. My address is 139 Claremont Rd, Forest Gate, E7 0PY. The nearest tube is Stratford on the Central line and nearest train station is Manor Park. I can pick you up from either just let me know.
Some other things for the agenda are to decide if we are going to stagger flights and dates that everyone is happy with. I reckon even book if we've got the time to do some research. If anyone has time could you keep an eye on flights to see how much they're fluctuating at the minute. Havent heard much on the airline luggage allowance as of yet but will try and give a few a call this week. What I've already found is on the flights convo.
Also working out potential sponsors and what our angle is.

Re: Meeting up - Sunday 10th April
I don't know if any of you guys have Saturday free but there is a bit of rodeo going on at cardiff and i was thinking about organising a day trip. I can hire a 9 seater but off the union and if i can fill it the bus will only be £10 a head plus fuel and i can sort out boats for people/ pick people up on route, anyone keen?

Another meeting up Doodle.
Not looking like it will be easy to get everyone together, but if a few of us can paddle together beforehand it'll make things a bit smoother in Sri Lanka.
We can also start thinking of any exercises and coaching things for the raft guides.
Probably just a Tyweryn (sp?) job, unless people want to keep things closer to London and try and book a place at Lee Valley?
Wales would be better though, I'd be gutted to be in London boating when it's raining.
Sean...guessing this may be a bit too much of a request for you?!
There's always the option of Northern England (Will has mentioned he'll be at Teeside at some point (if it opens on time!).
Try and add availability, even if it is just a row of reds like Wills!
