Expedition Roles

From the Oxford Meeting I got the following roles.

Leader: Dave
Treasurer: Tom
Sponsorship (Companies): Niamh
Sponsorship (Grants): Will*
IT Bear: Nick
Logistics x2/3: Seth, Minnie, Tom

*Will, I've swapped you with Niamh if thats alright (I've got some links with a few of them (outdoor companies) which could help).

Realistically we'll all be chipping in in different areas.
Tom - I've never actually understood what a treasurer does! Hence why I've put you on logistics too.

Ideally I'd like to put someone 'in charge' of the 3 people on logistics. Would help be a go between so I know how far along we are with planning. This person will probably have to be the most contactable and perhaps with most time on their hands?! (though not necessarily). Any offers?

[Unless Will, since you have been quite active on here and seem to already have a decent knowledge of Sri Lanka, you still Ok to be on Grant proposals not logistics?]
